Dirty Jerz BBQ Smoked Pork Ribs


  • 1/8 cup of onion powder
  • 1/8 cup of cumin
  • 1/16 cup of fenugreek
  • 1/16 cup of paprika
  • 1/8 cup of black pepper
  • 1/8 cup of salt
  • Juice from 1/2 of a lime
  • Pineapple juice 
  • Dirty Jerz BBQ Sauce


Combine the spices in a bowl and add lime juice to form a paste. Next, rub the paste onto your ribs and refrigerate overnight. Prior to smoking let the ribs rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Smoke ribs at low heat (aprox. 200-250 degrees F) for 8 hours, periodically spraying with pineapple juice to keep the ribs moist. After, baste the ribs with Dirty Jerz BBQ Sauce and let the sauce caramelize over direct heat for 5-10 minutes. Now you're ready to serve!
